‘L’instant’

Soil

The parcels are located on the banks of the Rhone river in Chateauneuf du Pape.
The soil is made of clay and limestone with pebbles.
The vineyard is around 30 years old.

Cepages

• 80% syrah
• 20% carignan

Vinification

After a manual harvest, the grapes are sorted out and fully stemmed before a 15 to 20 days maceration process in temperature regulated tanks (12°/15°).

Production

1200 bottles.
